1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
No Refunds:
Unless otherwise stated by the specific Event Organizer, all ticket sales are final. Refunds are generally not allowed for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or changes in the event program. Please review the specific event details carefully before completing your purchase.
Children’s Tickets:
Ticket requirements for children vary by event. Please ensure you select the appropriate ticket type (Adult, Child, VIP, etc.) as defined by the Organizer at the time of booking.
2. Event Admission
- Entry Requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be presented in digital (mobile) or printed form.
- Identification: For security and verification, attendees may be required to show a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket or the credit card used for purchase.
3. Health and Safety
- Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: For events involving catering, guests are encouraged to disclose allergies during booking. While Organizers make reasonable efforts to accommodate, Yayatoh cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Legal Compliance: All attendees must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including regulations regarding public safety and prohibited substances.
4. Conduct and Behavior
Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal drugs, and other hazardous items are strictly prohibited. Attendees found with such items will be removed immediately without a refund.
Behavioral Expectations: We promote a respectful environment. Any disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior towards staff, performers, or other guests may result in removal from the event.
5. Liability and Media Release
Assumption of Risk: By attending an event, you assume all risks associated with participation, including potential risks to health, safety, or personal property.
Limitation of Liability: Yayatoh acts as a marketplace. The platform, its parent company, and affiliates shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from attendance at an event hosted by third-party Organizers.
Media Consent: By attending, you acknowledge that the Organizer or Yayatoh may capture images or videos for promotional, marketing, or internal purposes. You waive any rights to compensation or approval for the use of such media.
6. Data Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to Yayatoh sharing necessary information with the specific Event Organizer for management and communication purposes. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Modifications to Events
Event Organizers reserve the right to modify programs, schedules, or venues. Yayatoh will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of significant changes via the email address provided during checkout.
